About this event

The two-day training is designed to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge, practical tools, and applicable strategies to successfully manage change orders in government construction projects while maintaining compliance with Texas state regulations.

The training will be conducted by Diane Palmer - Boeck and be held over two-days:  August 18 and August 19. 


Training Objectives

The objective of this program is to:

  • Equip participants with practical skills for managing change orders in government construction contracts in Texas.
  • Ensure participants fully understand and apply state legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Use interactive learning, case studies, and workshops to reinforce compliance and promote project integrity.
